Most questions about our products we can answer immediately, although often the question is best answered by the manufacturer or supplier.
Once we receive your questions via email we will supply our phone number for further enquiries.
The reason? As you might understand, at one stage we were receiving dozens of enquiry phone calls from people who were browsing our website and it added substantially to our costs. We prefer to spend out time sourcing great products, or serving our customers like you. And the absolute best way is by email, and then, if necessary, you will be able to call us from there.

- You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase.
- Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To return an item, first send an email including
- your order number,
- your name,
- contact phone number
- reason for return.
- Once we receive your email, in good faith, we will either provide you with
- a refund if your item is faulty
- or a store credit (valid for 6 months) for change of mind less delivery.
We will reply to your email with a return delivery address and full details on how to process your return.
If your item is faulty we will pay for the return shipping costs, if it is a change of mind return shipping costs will be charged.
Once the item has been received we will process the refund.

Can I track my order?
We bring together many suppliers from around Australia and they each dispatch their goods from different destinations. Understandably each supplier may not take the same time to arrive and sometimes seasonal issues such as Christmas or Public Holidays may add extra delivery time.
While we suggest approximate delivery times on each item, which in most cases is accurate, sometimes because of reasons beyond our control deliveries times may vary.
If you have any concerns regarding your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and phone number and the item on order. We will contact you as soon as possible to give you a current update on your order tracking.
We truly enjoy our work and genuinely want each order to reach you as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days.
What happens if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
Should you not be at home when your parcel arrives, our delivery partner will leave a notice at your address, notifying you of an alternative delivery time.
